We are pleased to share that our proposal for a Royal Society Hooke Discussion Meeting, “Peptides at the interface of engineering biology and discovery”, has been selected for the 2027-2028 programme. The meeting will be organised by Dr Lucia Lombardi (Queen’s University Belfast), Dr Louise Walport (Imperial College London) and Dr Claudia Contini (Imperial College London).
The two-day meeting will bring together an international line-up of confirmed speakers working across peptide science, engineering biology, membrane science, peptide discovery, computational design and translational applications. The programme will focus on how peptides can act as versatile structural and functional units, creating opportunities for discussion across academia, industry and emerging interdisciplinary research areas.
Further details about the programme, speakers and registration will be shared in due course.
